ÉTICA

CUIDAR DA TERRA – Profundo respeito por e cooperação com os fluxos do ambiente natural, agir a partir do reconhecimento de que os sistemas naturais têm o direito de se reproduzirem, de conservarem a sua biodiversidade e serem estáveis para as gerações futuras, e que a sua existência não é essencialmente subordinada às exigências dos seres humanos.

CUIDAR DAS PESSOAS – Usar o poder da comunidade para a partilha de recursos de modo a garantir que todas as pessoas satisfazem as suas necessidades básicas de alimentação, habitação, educação, emprego e saudáveis relações sociais, (o que elas e eles precisam para viver de forma segura, saudável e feliz) e afirmar a comunicação aberta, honesta e assertiva numa ética de trocas justas e inter ajuda inteligente entre todos, localmente e mais além.

PARTILHAS JUSTAS – Consumo, reprodução e distribuição consciente de recursos e de excedentes e uma justa distribuição de responsabilidades e de ganhos para conseguir comunidades locais mais equitativas e sociedades que tenham em conta os limites dos recursos do planeta e as necessidades de todos os seres vivos.

ETHICS

EARTH CARE – reverence for and co-operation with natural environment flows, to act from the recognition that natural systems have the right to reproduce themselves, to be biodiverse and stable for future generations, and that their existence is not primarily contingent upon the demands of humans.

PEOPLE CARE -  Using the power of community to share resources to ensure that all people have access to the basic needs for food, shelter, education, employment and healthy social relationships (what they need to live a safe, healthy and fulfilling life) and to affirm open, assertive and honest communication in an ethic of fair trade and intelligent support amongst all people locally and further afield.

FAIR SHARE – Conscious consumption, reproduction and distribution of resources and surpluses and the fair distribution of responsibilities and gains to achieve more equitable local communities and wider societies that take into account the limits of the planet’s resources and the needs of all living beings.
